Every write to SAP, behind your rules.
Every approval, hash-chained.

Syntheka wraps every SAP write-side action in the governance loop — staged, approved, audited, and never claimed complete until SAP itself confirms. Three-way reconciliation. Cross-system plane. Your VPC, not SAP BTP.

The reality

What SAP BTP leaves between systems.

SAP AI Agent Hub is the right starting point if the AI agent's entire world is SAP. Syntheka is the cross-system governance plane when the agent's world is SAP plus the systems around it.

The tailor-made agent loop

From write intent to reconciled state.

  1. Stage: the agent proposes a typed action against a SAP business object (FI/CO document, MM PO amendment, SD order, HR master data change), with the object, the rule set, and the SAP interface target (OData / IDoc / BAPI / Events / CDC).
  2. Approve: a qualified approver whose identity differs from the requester signs. Segregation of duties enforced server-side. The system refuses to record an approval from the same identity as the requester.
  3. Execute: Syntheka dispatches the command, then waits for SAP's authoritative result event. Until that event arrives, the action stays staged or pending, never optimistically marked done.
  4. Reconcile: three-way reconciliation: platform intent ↔ SAP state ↔ field evidence. Discrepancies become tracked items, not silent drift.
  5. Record: every state change lands in the append-only bi-temporal audit log with hash chain. Causal-ID replay for any write, any time range, any entity.
What you save

The pilot is where the numbers become real.

Industry estimates (not a benchmark) for an AI-governed SAP write workflow:

Pilot pricing: $1,500 flat for the first three customers. Enterprise quotes for SOX-regulated multi-entity deployments.

Pilot

Bring the SAP interface you want governed.

One interface (OData / IDoc / BAPI / Events / CDC), 60 days, one measurable outcome. The pilot runs in shadow mode against your existing SAP process.
