Procurement write governance for agencies
where every dollar is auditable.

Federal, state, and municipal procurement is the most documented workflow in the public sector. The system of record has the right shape; the question is whether the AI agent's actions against that system of record can be defended to the inspector general, the auditor, or the FOIA requester. Syntheka is the governance plane that makes those actions replayable.

The reality

What the procurement officer is defending.

Honest boundary

What Syntheka is and is not yet.

If your agency requires any of the following, Syntheka is not the right vendor today. We will say so now, not after the contract is signed.

If none of those are hard requirements for your agency, and your audit obligation is procurement officer attestation, Syntheka is ready to pilot.

The tailor-made agent loop

From request to FOIA-ready record.

  1. Request: the AI agent proposes a typed action against the procurement record (PO amendment, vendor master change, payment authorization), with the object, the rule set, and the system-of-record target.
  2. Stage: the action enters the approval DAG. The approver chain is configured per workflow (PO amendment under $10K requires procurement officer; over $10K requires procurement officer + legal).
  3. Approve: a qualified approver whose identity differs from the requester signs. The system refuses to record an approval from the same identity as the requester.
  4. Execute: the system of record confirms the write. Three-way reconciliation against the procurement system.
  5. Record: every state change lands in the append-only bi-temporal audit log with hash chain. The FOIA requester, the IG, and the auditor can all see the same record.
What you save

The pilot is where the numbers become real.

Industry estimates (not a benchmark) for an AI-governed procurement workflow:

Pilot pricing: $1,500 flat for the first three customers. Enterprise quotes for state / federal / municipal procurement.
